Childbirth Preparation - Evening Series

Nothing is more exciting than giving birth and you want to be as prepared as you can be. If you are first time parents or have not had a recent birth, come learn about the labor and delivery process, breathing and relaxation techniques, the birth partner’s role, newborn and post-partum care, and much more.
This is a six-week course that includes a tour of labor/delivery and postpartum areas and a breastfeeding class (this is taught on the last night of the series. We keep the classes small, so register early.
