Hospital-based Laboratory. Responsible for drawing & testing lab work for inpatient & outpatient treatments (walk-in).

Main hospital lobby South wall.
Hours of Operation:
7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mon-Fri
9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sat-Sun

At laboratory front desk (see location).
Estimated Wait for Registration:
15-20 minutes based on case load and insurance of patient.
Estimated Procedure Time:
15-20 minutes for basic lab work.

Requirements for Registration:
Insurance card copy, Valid picture ID, Lab order from Physician including diagnosis & type of tests ordered.
Deposits for Treatment:
Dependent upon type of insurance. Most are N/A.
Special Requirements:
Some lab work requires a fasting period. This depends on specific draw being performed. Refer to lab for fasting times if applicable. Follow Physician's instructions.
