We offer Orthopedic, Cardiac, Urology, OB/GYN, Neuro, General, Gastric bypass, and Opthomological procedures through our Hospital outpatient surgery department.

Register: Ambulatory care, ground floor of main hospital west wall
Hours of Operation:
6:00am - 11:00pm
Estimated Wait for Registration:
Pre-Surgical: 1:30-2:00 hours including Pre-operative assessment with surgical RN.
Day of Surgery: Arrive 30 minutes before procedure/10-15 minutes final registration

Requirements for Registration:
Insurance card copy, Valid picture ID, referral from physician, list of medications including dosage, any related X-rays from other facilities

Special Requirements:
Most procedures require a fasting period, follow physician's instructions. Refer any questions about procedure to ordering physician
