provide the highest level of care, we value feedback on all aspects of the patient experience. This
MedicalGPS patient experience survey measures patient satisfaction from the time the appointment was
made to the time the patient spent with the provider.
Visit Preparation: Measures how courteous, respectful and friendly the clinical
staff was during the patient's visit.
Provider Explanation: Measures whether providers at this practice gave clear,
easy-to-understand explanations during the patient's visit.
Office Wait Time: Measures how satisfied the patient was with wait time during
Patient Recommendation: Measures how likely the patient is to recommend this
practice to family and friends.
"Jason Johnson, MD is a board-certified physician with over 15 years of OB/GYN experience. He graduated cum laude in natural sciences at the University of North Dakota before obtaining a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Johnson then completed his residency and internship at the University of Utah in 1998 before going to work in private practice. Dr. Johnson has also served as a member of the teaching staff at the University of Utah since 1998.
Dr. Johnson has served in many leadership capacities, including Department Chairman of OB/GYN at Salt Lake Regional Medical Center and on the Surgical Committee at LDS Hospital. He has received numerous awards for his commitment and research in the field of OB/GYN, including a research grant to study prenatal care in Costa Rica. Dr. Johnson is married with two children and speaks Spanish."
