Each patient's experience at our practice is important to us. As we strive to
provide the highest level of care, we value feedback on all aspects of the patient experience. This
MedicalGPS patient experience survey measures patient satisfaction from the time the appointment was
made to the time the patient spent with the provider.
Visit Preparation: Measures how courteous, respectful and friendly the clinical
staff was during the patient's visit.
Provider Listened: Measures how carefully the provider listens to the needs of each and every patient.
Office Wait Time: Measures how satisfied the patient was with wait time during
Patient Recommendation: Measures how likely the patient is to recommend this
practice to family and friends.
Peter Barnard, CNM graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Fort Hays State University School of Nursing in Hays, Kansas. He later received his Master of Science in nursing degree at the University of Utah and has served as a certified nurse midwife since 1990. He is also certified for Limited OB Ultrasound and Neonatal Advanced Life Support. Peter worked with the University of Utah Health Network for ten years before joining OB/GYN Associates in 2000. Peter has received numerous awards, including the Excellence in Teaching Award during his family practice residency.
