Plastic Surgery

At St. Mark’s Hospital, we know that sometimes you can't feel your best unless you look your best. Our skilled, compassionate cosmetic surgeons can improve virtually any aspect of your appearance in ways that range from subtle to significant. From enhancing your confidence by restoring your youth and beauty, to altering any physical attribute that makes you self-conscious, we can help the world see you in a brand new light.

Here is a list of some of the procedures we specialize in:

Body contouring

Improves the shape and tone of underlying tissue that supports fat and skin, also used to remove sagging fat and skin.

Botox Injections (Botulinum Toxin)

Non-surgical injections that temporarily reduce or eliminate frown lines, forehead creases, crows feet near the eyes and thick neck bands. Botox temporarily paralyzes the muscles that cause wrinkles giving the skin a smooth, refreshed appearance.

Breast Augmentation

Is used to enhance the body contour of a woman who feels her breast size is too small. Breast augmentation is also used to correct a reduction in breast volume after pregnancy, to balance breast size and as a reconstructive technique following breast removal.

Breast Lift (Mastopexy)

A surgical procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts. It can also reduce the size of the areola.

Breast Reduction

Makes breasts smaller, lifts and reshapes them. The goal is to give the patient a smaller, better-shaped breast that is proportionate to her body. This procedure frequently relieves symptoms such as back, neck and shoulder pain.

Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)

Freshens the look around the eye, frequently improving a “tired” appearance. This procedure is typically completed in-office.

Sculpts the body by removing unwanted fat from specific areas of the body. This has been proven to be a safe and effective way to remove fat and leaves minimal scarring.

Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)

A procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and tightens the muscles of the abdominal wall.

Reconstructive Surgery

One of the most distressing elements of recovering from a trauma or a serious disease can be facing the world with an altered appearance. Whether it's the presence of a new scar or the absence of a familiar physical feature, the adjustment can be unsettling.

At St. Mark’s Hospital, we know your appearance is important to you. It's your physical identity, and the window through which the world views you. Skilled, compassionate plastic surgeons can help ease the burden of recovery by helping to restore your appearance.

From simple procedures such as primary closures to more complex operations involving grafts, tissue expansions and free flaps, we have the skills and technology to restore the form and function of your body to the most normal state possible.

We know that feeling better can mean looking better, and helping you feel better is our business.
